Facilities

We are fortunate to have a lovely building and grounds to live in with facilities that include:

• A spacious, bright lounge with television and piano. 
• An ‘Activity Room’, with large screen smart TV with surround sound.
• Regular group activities and quality 1-2-1 time with our activities coordinator.
• A weekly chair excersise class with a fitness instructor.
• A modern lift, which goes to all floors of the home. 
• Wi-Fi throughout the building that’s allows you to have your own wi-fi devices in your room whether that be a mobile phone, an Alexa, computer, tablet or smart TV.
• Personal laundry (included in the fees).
• There is a sheltered garden with ramp access from the home with plenty of seating to entertain visitors or sit and watch butterflies and bees visit the beautiful flowerbed.
• Summerhouse to relax in, read a book, do a crossword or just have chat with friends.
• Daily newspapers can be ordered and delivered.
• Hairdressing and chiropody needs are regularly catered for: you can choose to have your hair done by our hairdresser who visits the home each week, or you’re welcome to have your own hairdresser visit you personally. We can also organise nail manicures.
