Care for Residents is available 24 hours a day; supervised by our Management team and supported by trained, competent and caring staff.
Personal assistance with dressing, bathing and administration of medication is available. Our staff are trained to use the utmost dignity and respect when dealing with personal care. At Ravensworth Lodge we promote a person centred approach and treat everyone as individuals.
Medical cover is provided by the Doctor of the residents’ choice and all prescriptions are arranged and collected as required, our staff are fully trained to administer medication.
Visitors are welcome to call at any time, day or night and are invited to join in the life of the home. We have a relative committee that meets on a regular basis to discuss fundraising ideas.
Our home operates on an infrared call bell system, these are situated throughout the home including individual bedrooms and bathrooms. Each resident is allocated a pendant which are encouraged to wear or carry at all times.
