Living at Ravensworth Lodge, you will feel safe, secure and reassured, knowing that care is available 24 hours a day. This is supervised by our management team and supported by our trained, competent and caring staff.

Personal assistance with dressing, bathing and administration of medication is available. Our staff use the utmost dignity and respect when handling personal care.

Your medical cover would be provided by your own doctor, or we can suggest another should you wish. All prescriptions are organised and collected for you as required, we have staff available 24/7 that are fully trained to administer medication.

Visitors are welcome to call at any time, day or night and are invited to join in the life of the home.

Ravensworth Lodge operates on an infrared call-bell system: these are situated throughout the home, including individual bedrooms and bathrooms, so we can quickly attend to anyone who requires assistance. As a resident you would also be allocated a pendant, which you would be encouraged to wear or carry at all times to enable you to call for help, should you need it.
